After owning and caring for the Arizona Mountain Inn & Cabins since 1998, Mary and Brian Bostwick made the decision to transform the property into Hidden Haven Estates — a residential community rooted in the land's history.
Preliminary plat layout, neighborhood meetings to reach out and discuss on-going project details.
Spring 2026 — Preliminary Engineering & Feasibility Analysis
Fall 2026 — Permitting & Approvals
We completed the necessary land surveying, impact analysis, and preliminary engineering design to move forward with rezoning and platting.
Pursuing re-zoning and preliminary plat approval, a key step before development can move forward.
Spring 2027 — Groundbreaking
Infrastructure groundbreaking begins, marking the start of roads, utilities, and site work across Hidden Haven Estates.
Late 2027/Early 2028 — Lot Sale Begins
The first lots open for purchase, a chance to choose your spot among the pines.
