How many homesites are available for purchase?
Hidden Haven offers 49 exclusive homesites. Each lot is strategically placed to maximize sunlight, private forest views, and the natural beauty of the local landscape.
Does the community have architectural standards?
Yes. To protect your investment and the forest aesthetic, we use mountain-contemporary guidelines. These standards focus on natural materials that blend seamlessly into the pines. Detailed guides are coming soon.

How do I secure a homesite?
Start by joining our priority waitlist. When reservations open, you will receive an email notification!Â
How is the closing handled?
Closings occur through a local Flagstaff title company. Once infrastructure reaches key milestones, we facilitate a transparent transfer of ownership so you can begin your build.
What is included in the agreement?
Our contracts clearly define boundaries, utility connections, and protective CC&Rs. We prioritize total transparency so you can sign with complete confidence.
Is there financing for the land?
Yes. We partner with local lenders specializing in land and construction loans. They provide tailored financing solutions specifically for Hidden Haven residents.
What utilities will be available at each homesite?
Every homesite is served by City of Flagstaff water and sewer — no private wells or septic systems to design, permit, or maintain. Electric, natural gas, and communications lines are also available to the lots, so your future home connects to established municipal infrastructure from the start.
Will there be trails, open space, and community amenities?
Yes. The community is designed with a dedicated trail system, preserved open space, and a neighborhood park. Specific park amenities are still being finalized and will be shared as those plans are confirmed.

When will infrastructure be finished?
We expect primary roads and utility lines to be completed by Winter 2027. This ensures your homesite is ready for construction for the very first build season.
What is the safety of the forest environment?
Living in the mountains offers a serene lifestyle near trails and wildlife. Through smart infrastructure and community fire-wise guidelines, we ensure a safe and respectful harmony with nature.
Can I begin my home design now?
Can you help me build my dream house? → Yes! We partner with the best architects, engineers, and general contractors in northern Arizona to make your vision a reality.
When can I move into my new home?
We anticipate first move-ins by Winter 2028. Final HOA details and CC&Rs will be confirmed following the rezoning process and shared immediately.
Are the roads paved, and who maintains them?
Yes. Hidden Haven is built around fully paved public streets with curb and gutter, sidewalks, and landscaped parkways. Because these are dedicated City of Flagstaff streets, they're maintained and plowed by the City — not by residents or an HOA — so winter access and year-round upkeep are handled for you.
